If your consent is granted, personal data will be processed and stored in electronic form by the operator in the operator’s information system for the purposes of keeping records of personal data in the operator’s information system for the purpose of implementing mutual written electronic communication initiated by you regarding general information regarding the services provided by the operator. Your personal data will be processed in the necessary time range from the moment of their provision until the moment of termination of mutual communication in connection with the information or question regarding which you have contacted the operator.
Your personal data will be processed by the operator and its employees. Your personal data will not be provided to third parties, will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be transferred to third countries.
Without providing the mentioned personal data, it would not be possible to clearly assign the specific content of the communication to a specific person, record their contact information in the form of an email address, and conduct mutual written communication.
In the case of granting your consent to the processing of personal data, you will have the right to request from the operator access to your personal data that is being processed, to obtain from the operator a confirmation as to whether it is processing personal data relating to you and information about the source from which obtained this personal data, about the purpose and category of processed personal data, about the identification of recipients, about the period of processing and storage of personal data;
demand from the operator that he corrects the incorrectness of your personal data that he processes without undue delay;
require the operator to delete all your personal data that it processes after the end of personal data processing or after the expiration of the statutory retention period,
to obtain personal data from the operator in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to transfer this to another operator;
request the operator to limit the processing of your personal data if you object to the correctness of the personal data or if the processing of your personal data is illegal;
submit a proposal to the Office for the Protection of Personal Data to initiate proceedings on the protection of personal data in order to determine whether your rights or other provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act have been violated during the processing of personal data.
